Amazon selling application glitch?

Good day, When I would find the product it would tell me to “apply to sell” which I would.

After approval, when trying to list. Once again it’s asking for approval.

For this one product have 10 successful applications but its still asking me to apply.

Just wondering if anyone else has this issue
