amazon variation problem

I am trying to create a variations parent for 2 child listings and the variation parent keeps getting flagged for hazardous product. They don’t even ask for sds exemption sheet. What do I do?

I ask support and they keep telling me to create a listing and put Upc etc etc and all information

This is incorrect as it’s a variation parent and doesn’t need Upc just need an asin.
