Hi guys,

when i try to choose a time and date to do the identity verification it says please try again in 2-3 days. we regret for the inconvenience. (with no reason whatsoever) Has anyone ever seen this on their first ever identity verification? Also prior it let me just wait to speak with someone.

I know that you can not operate 2 amazon accounts under the same IP address but i let my friend who has an amazon account – help me make the account and also upload my documents, obviously after that i would take it from there. Could this be the issue?
