Amazon won’t let me run “best deals”

I had run them twice (once in Feb and once in early April) and they did great. Now when I try to run one, Amazon won’t let me. It says “there are no recommendations at this time”.

This has been going on for over 2 months and when I reached out to them, they gave me a pretty generic answer that didn’t help solve the problem.

Anyone have this problem or know a work around?

For context; it allows me to run as many lightening deals as I want, but those don’t give me any sales lift.
