Are there buyers for Amazon Wholesale businesses?

I’m curious if it’s possible in the future to sell mine, and what it would be worth. Let’s say i get on 60 day terms with several distributors, have loads of replenishable products, brand authorizations, 7 or 8 figure sales history and some VA’s in place. Would someone pay a fair amount for that?
