Are there still limits on inventory limits for new sellers

Previously i heard amazon put 200 items as inventory limit per item on new sellers . I watched a video on seller university that says there are no inventory limits for new sellers and the limits will be placed based on sale performance. So previous limit has been removed. Do i get it right ? here is the video
