Backend Search Terms Violation?

I’m working on the backend search terms for a product that’s a dupe for a current company’s products. The thing is, their brand name (although trademarked) is a regular word!

For example, if I’m copying the brand “Band-Aid”, would the words “band” and “aid” spread through my keywords be a violation?
