buybox eligibility

I sell books on amazon and 2 days ago I recieved a intellectual property complaint violation. I had noticed it yesterday and I had 2 options. Appeal it or acknowledge it; so I acknowledged it and deleted all of my listings for that author. Even tho the violation was 2 days ago and I was eligible to be buybox almost the entire day yesterday I suddenly lost buy box eligibility. It couldn’t have been from acknowledging it because I even noticed the violation only because I saw my sales dropping and looked into it. Acknowledging it removed the violation from my account health. I don’t know if all of this is why I lost eligibility but my question is has anyone else experienced this before? How long was it until you got your eligibility back? Please help..
