Buyer has messaged me about a return, but won’t initiate a return.
I sold an item roughly 3 weeks ago. An item I’ve sold quite a few of new, sealed and had no issues but this buyer is claiming the item is faulty. They reached out and sent a message about it. I told her I would accept a return, she just needed to initiate the process, she told me she would and then messaged me again telling me the same issues. This has been ongoing for 3 days now and I just want to settle the problem. If I go through order details and start a return, will that help me solve the problem? Or will that just give her a refund and I don’t get the product back? I’ve been on amazon for 6 months but this is my first issue thus far and I’m not exactly certain what to do.
