Card invalid but showing as “active” on “Manage Card Method” page

Hello my Amazon seller account is not letting me list products because it is saying that there is a “problem with your seller account.” It is saying that the credit card on the file is either invalid or in the process of validating within 24 hours. When I go to my account and check my charge methods, my card is listed as validated. I also already paid the 30$ Amazon fee for creating the account and still can not sell products. Originally my charge method was listed as a debit card but many people were saying they changed to a credit card and it worked. I changed to my credit card (which also says validated) and it did not work and I am still getting the same error.

Any advice on what I should do? Amazon support is non-existent and I really need help! Thank you:)
