I have a shipment plan on status “READY TO SHIP” and my carrier is trying to book an appointment with amazons warehouse to drop off the inventory.
However, my carrier is continuously getting an error code saying status is not valid for delivery. This shipment plan was previously deleted then re-instated and put back into working.
I have called seller support continuously and I just keep getting bounced around. The internal team has not given a solution either that worked.
If anybody ran into this issue please let me know how to proceed.
