Dangerous Goods Enrollment Program

My product was just classified as a ‘Dangerous Good Fulfillable’ does this mean I can fulfill my product now or do I still need to enter the dangerous goods enrollment program. Also to add onto the question, how long does it take to be accepted into the dangerous goods program?
