Deposit method Amazon is not accepting

Hello guys,

Seller on Amazon US since 2021 and I am facing an issue regarding the deposit method from last month, our payment is in an Amazon account but couldn’t be deposited to our account. I have tried to give the Amazon previous deposit statement and owner documents as well but so far we have not been able to deposit the payment to our account from Seller Central.

Looking to seek your guidance in this matter.
