desperate, advice on how to pay off balance/closing account

can someone please tell me how to pay off a balance, i have a balance of -1.52$ there is no option to pay it i have had this account since 2017 and haven’t t used it since 2018. i was told in 2018 it was shut down by a rep and of course they lied. i got random email from amazon saying something about my account i was shocked to see they ve been charging me cents every now and then for years. seller support doesnt respond to my messages and there is no phone number.
