Does my account just get cancelled if I don’t pay subscription?

Basically I think I setup a seller account a couple of years ago and since then I have changed my credit card and phone number so I can’t access my account yet..

I got an email today from Amazon stating I owe money. If I don’t ever pay it does my Amazon account just get cancelled or will this have a bigger affect on me? Ive never used the services or sold anything. I’m currently waiting on my 2 factor auth to be reset.
