Easier Flat File information input?

Hello again,

I definitely come here with many questions, and usually, you guys are very helpful.

My next question is this… Is there an easier way to input information for variations across a single product on a flat file? I am taking forever on one product that has 3 variations of size and colors as I am having to repeat information for each variation.

Is there a more efficient way of doing such?
