Error message 8572

I’m trying to sell my book and keep getting error 8572 . I’ve contacted them via email and by phone and i’m getting no-where. They say the problem is fixed but it keeps happening. The last time I was told I need to trademark for my book (FYI-books are not trademarked). Anyone else have this issue?
