FBM returned to amazon FC by UPS
I have this customer return that was messed up by UPS. The UPS return label was provided by amazon. UPS claimed I refused the package and shipped it to Amazon’s FC, while in fact I wasn’t contacted. Amazon automatically refunded the customer. I opened a safe-t but got denied due to UPS marked the shipment as refused by me. Anyway to get either the money or the item back from amazon?
