Free shipping in amazon

Hello, I’m someone who has begun to build an online shop for the shop I’m woking in. my boss told me we are going FBM with free shipping. I created a template with 0 shipping fee, still, the shipping fee remained unchanged. What should i do to make sure it’s going to be shipping free?
