How long does it take to get brand registry application accept or looked at?

I submitted my application maybe a week ago and I haven’t heard anything back not even an email saying we are going to look at this or give any type of time line. What can I expect? Some of my products seem to be in a restricted category and won’t show up unless you search in the handmade section so I’m hoping once the brand trademark goes through that will change but I’m not sure how any of that works.
