How long does the brand registry process take?

Hi,

My first submission was rejected because perhaps the first agent mistakenly thought the images were digitally altered, so I re-applied.

It’s been almost 10 days now and each time I send a reply for an update, I’m told that it is being escalated to their internal team without much information beyond that.

I’m just curious, is this standard operating procedure? Should I close the case and re-open a new one? Will starting to badger them with reply update requests do me more harm than good?

It’s a product I manufactured and created the brand for, so I’m sure that I am within the eligibility requirements as well as terms of service. Just getting really anxious.
