How many sales/month does your top selling listing/variation get?

My top listing (with a color variation) is about 150 units/month (PL) but it seems like there’s much bigger pots out there. I’m working on another keyword where the pool seems to be about 2000/month (where maybe I could get half) and it’s making me wonder if there are sellers on here selling to that level and how you might operate differently there.

Is it all lower margins because it’s increased competition or are you finding really good secret products (which is what my 150/month one is to me)? How does that change how you might do your bookkeeping when it’s that many sales/day- do you you do it all by exported reports?
