How to get ownership of a product page (my Brand)

Hello, can someone explain to me the exact process as a brand owner to edit and take ownership of the product page from a third-party seller who is selling our product? I would like to apply A+ Content to this product, but the system doesn’t recognize this ASIN as part of our brand.
