How to unlock buy box /featured offer eligibility

How do I get buy box *eligible*? I’ve contacted seller help and they can’t tell me anything. I meet all the basic stuff Amazon lists (good standing, professional account, use fba). ​ My account is 5 years old but only actively selling for 5 months. I’m not eligible in any listings.

Over the last 4-5 months I’ve sold about 40 orders, all used stuff (textbooks mostly).

How many orders/stars/sellthrough do I need to get buy-box eligible? The account is pro and I used FBA, so I’m not sure what I’m missing.

I haven’t yet received any customer feedback – is that the issue? Super frustrating to wait for them to randomly occur

Can anyone say when they personally got buy box eligibility first?
