How would I go about using my uncles business for AmazonFBA

I am currently trying to make an Amazon store, my uncle owns a business for example Kitchens. I am able to get stock cheap and sell it on Amazon for a profit. I wanted to set up an account and I’ll be running it but would it be wiser to use his details? Or would it be fine using mine as it says it will ask me for Debit card statements etc. Would it be ok putting my information?
