I bought a UPS shipping label from Amazon. The customer says they never received the item, but tracking shows it was delivered.
If they file an A2Z claim, I believe Amazon would remove the claim and issue them a full refund, but is there a way to have Amazon issue them a refund without having to file an A to Z Claim?
Are there any other options I’m unaware of that would not cost me a refund?
