I listed accidentally listed under “generic” and can’t switch back. Can I delete and redo my listing?

I listed a product as generic and made one sale My brand is now GTIN-Exemption approved I can’t switch the original ‘generic’ product to branded in the settings (error message)

Can I close this listing, open a new listing, and set it up proper? Or will I get dinged for double listing? Is the only “loss” that if my first cutomers leaves feedback its gone (because its on the old ASIN)?
