I’m an Amazon Buyer. Amazon refunded me incorrectly and now I can’t figure out how to fix it. I emailed the Seller to try to repay them, but the reply seemed like it came from a bot and didn’t address my question. It was $1700, so I want to make sure they are paid.

As for more details, the item came as a set of two (it was furniture and each box was about 150lbs). I received the first box, but the second did not arrive. I emailed the seller and they sent a separate tracking number for the second box. The tracking didn’t change for 15 days (it said “on trailer loaded by shipper”). I called FedEx and they initiated a tracing investigation. After reviewing, FedEx told me to contact the shipper because they didn’t receive the product.
I went on Amazon and clicked the “order not received” button. Amazon replied by refunding the entire amount of the purchase even though I had received the first half of the set. I replied to the Amazon email, but got an undeliverable email. I looked up the seller profile and sent them an email to ask how I can repay the portion that shouldn’t have been refunded, but the reply seemed like it came from a bot and did not address my request. Instead they just sent a new tracking number. So now I’m getting the full set, but was refunded my entire purchase price.
The tracking number shows that the second half of the product is on its way and it will be delivered on Friday. Will Amazon automatically recharge me when it’s delivered? I was going to try to find a number to call the seller to see how to repay them, but my friend thought I might end up getting charged twice if I do that. I guess maybe I should wait to see what happens once it is delivered?
Anyway, I don’t know why this is stressing me out so much, but I just don’t like the idea of getting $1700 worth of product for free because of a mistake so I want to fix it, but can’t seem to figure out how.
