In terms of tax, generally do I need to provide monthly invoices as well as Amazon sales reports to bookkeepers?

I assume most of the people here are from the US, i’m from Ireland, so the tax question is prob a bit different for me.

but would I typically need to provide anything else besides invoices and sales reports to a bookkeeper in order to get my taxes done?

I am dyslexic and just thinking about taxes has my head spinning. lol
