Inform Act – Account at risk of deactivation?

I have this message at the top of my seller central saying I’m at risk of deactivation of I don’t comply with inform act.

Then it has a section in that page that has a list of 5 things, like identity, phone number, bank account, address, tax info. Only identity has a green check next to it. And the message has a link to go to Account Information, and complete the pending requirements. But when I go there, it doesn’t have any messages saying I need to complete anything. My address and phone number are in there. My tax ID is as well. And my bank account is in there because they send me money every 2 weeks.

Does anyone else have this? How did you fix it?
