Invoice not fulfilled by supplier

Does anyone know if you can use a retailer to get ungated in cds? I used Christianbooks to get ungated in DVDs but when I submitted for CDs I get “Invoice has not been fulfilled by supplier.”

Second attempt with invoice, the only difference compared to DVD is half of this invoice has items I’m still waiting on but they are not the ones I’m submitting for.
