IP complaint for wrong brand name

I got an IP complaint today for a listing I was selling and the brand name was incorrect. However, it was a public listing that had over 100+ sellers on it and I think someone recently edited the brand name and changed it to the wrong brand. Is there anything that I can do to get the IP complaint removed from my account? I didn’t change the brand name. Will I get suspended if this is my first complaint?
