IP issue: art that’s used by permission, anything I can do ahead of time?

Hi new seller. This may be something that’s obvious once you’ve listed products but I am only at the start now with no products listed.

I make my own products. One of the products I intend to list has a label which uses art from a well known artist. It is used by permission.

My concern is that if I try to get this product through, what can I do to head off any auto flagging or user reported issues?

Thanks for any input. I’m afraid I don’t know much of the ecosystem yet.
