Is anyone selling in amazon this way?

Is anyone familiar with starting a storage and/or 3PL company specifically for Amazon Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA)?
I am not interested in fulfilling orders through Fulfillment by Merchant (FBM), only in storing items for Amazon sellers and shipping them to Amazon. Is there a lot of people here looking for this? I’m looking to do it cheaper than the competition. But not sure how difficult it is to get customers.

I have access to inexpensive land in the Los Angeles area, i rent a portion of it now. And I am told I can have the entire lot for this purpose for dirt cheap. Is there anyone here that does this, storage of Amazon items and ships to Amazon?
