Items sent vs. Items arrived. FBA differences.
How does one go about contesting the amount of items Amazon FBA is showing as received? We sent 120 items but only 100 were received. We had to switch the original master cartons, aka cases, for new ones but the quantities remained the same. Any chance this has something to do with it? Cases of the same product having different quantities?
Either way, what is the proper way to address the situation? Im terrible when doing this kind of inquiries.
