Listing now transparency enabled

I’ve been selling a product on Amazon for a couple of weeks now with no issue, until today. I got an email from Amazon stating the product will now require me to be re-approved starting May 14th. But now all of my orders that are pending shipment are requiring me to provide transparency code. I’ve never dealt with transparency labels. Am I going to be forced to cancel all those orders?
