Listing search suppressed??

Hi everyone,

I’m a new FBA seller and am really excited to go on this journey. I have encountered a problem I’m not sure how to fix… My product listing is being search suppressed because my “unit count” & “unit type” information is missing. I’ve updated it many many times, updated the product information fully through the product upload excel sheet, and have also tried deleting the listing & relisting it, and nothing works. After talking to customer support so many times, I’ve followed every instruction they gave me and the result is still the same.

Has anyone encountered this? Does anyone have any advice on how to resolve this? My products have been sitting in the warehouse with my listing suppressed for a few weeks now. Thank you for your help in advance!
