New Handmade Seller Issue

I am getting the error code 5461. I can’t list anything without this error popping up. I’m using generic and it was working fine yesterday. I even tried listing something that I know is not on Amazon already. Is this a glitch or am I missing something? I I’ve opened a ticket as well. Thanks if anyone here knows!
