New seller that needs guidance!

Hello!

I am new to selling on Amazon, listed my first product around a week and a half ago. I sell customized items, so everything is shipped out by me. I am in the limbo of no buy box, no sales, and extremely low ranking day by day. But in order to get the buy box, I need sales, but no one wants to click see all buying options. Doesn’t make since too me. Anyways, I know I make a great product, I have 16,000+ sales on another platform, and my goal with Amazon is to reach more customers.

I understand this is going to be a patience game which I am completely fine with, but i’d like to know if the listing I have is optimized and high-quality with keywords, seo, etc. I’ve had 1 organic sale so far after of a few days after launch, but it’s no clicks or views now. Any help or advice?
