Ok so my friends Amazon seller account got suspended and is on hold

Its been almost 3 months a friend of mine sells on Amazon India was going great and suddenly his amount for suspended and he tried to get it back but he’s not able login his account and due to this but able to contact the seller support from the seller central he tried mailing and he did everything possible to get in but its not working can anyone help
