Passed verification almost a week ago, no news since

I’m creating a new seller account and had to go through the video verification process, which i did on the 1st of June and passed successfully. They then sent me and email saying it’ll take Amazon upto 72 hours to get back to me for futher steps to take. It’s been almost a week now and i haven’t received any mail so far. I opened a ticket this morning, also no replies yet.

Has anyone been such a thing? Any tips on how to proceed?
