Please help. I purchased clothes, UPS admitted to delivering to wrong address, still not refunded.

So i had clothes delivered, checked my mail 2 minutes after receiving the “delivered” notification, wasn’t there.

So the next day i went to the post office and they showed me on a piece of paper, a map of where they left it, which was a few blocks away.

They said they’d try to recover it, but didnt. The next day i went back to post office, they said they’d have someone personally go out and try to recover it. Didnt happen.

So they said file an amazon return. I did that, and amazon said it would be resolved in a week or less. Its been 8 days and i havent heard anything.

What do i do now?
