Please help! Very urgent!

I have failed verification, then by amazon seller support’s suggestion I register a new shop. Now the shop pass verification, but I can’t rename my shop because the name stuck with “failed verification account”. I need this shop name, because I have a trademarked it, and my products labeled with this name. I can’t brand registry either, because of this issue. I was contacting support, but it’s like talking with the wall and they don’t help. They text me this: “Therefore, please understand. that we do not elaborate on your last listed points, as we are unable to answer your questions due to non-existing selling account.”

What can I do in this situation, please?
