Hi there. I’m in need of help with getting full access to my Amazon Seller account for European markets. Inside my account, I cannot access any of the pages (like account info, login settings, shipping settings etc). Even the help section does not show up, so I can’t even contact the Amazon help center.
There is a ‘Credit Card Invalid’ notification that keeps showing up (see photos) but when I click on the button ‘View Credit Card info’ it leads to a completely empty page. This happens to all the pages I try to click on: an empty page shows with nowhere to click on. There appears to be some type of bug, however after Googling for hours I still haven’t been able to fix the problem.
Sidenote: my account for the U.S. market works fine.
Does anyone have the same issue or was someone able to fix this big problem?
