Power of attorney

Jumping through a bunch of hoops to finish my verification(even tho I’ve been selling for half a year). Anyways the support are asking for a power of attorney. I look on the UK website it costs £82 why ? There’s tons of free forums on Google images plus in all fairness. Seems a bit extreme for my self employed business.
