Product Assurance CPC requirements
Does anyone know how to get in touch with an actual person on the phone in “product assurance”? They are killing me with asking for Children’s Products Certificates on all my products. I have successfully appealed several color variations by simply selecting “my products are not intended for children 12 and under”. Support says you cannot talk to anyone on the phone from that group. They are being incredibly inconsistent because they mark some color variations of the same product as toys and other colors not toys!
