Received Listing Appeal Accepted Email, but Still Restricted?!
We had a “product condition complaint”, sent in an appeal, received an email from seller performance the next day stating “we have decided that you may continue to offer these items on Amazon”, but it the listing is still restricted, and shows the appeal status “denied” in the account health dashboard. I can’t get a response from Amazon on this and the seller performance email I have bounced back. Has anyone dealt with this before? Makes no sense to me. They sent an email indicating the appeal was accepted, but the account health dashboard says otherwise.
