Reimaging? Reload images?

I uploaded a flat file with new images over 24 hrs ago. They haven’t uploaded. SS has always been pretty useless so trying to avoid that. Any ideas? Also, this ASIN has had image issues from the beginning. I’ve never been able to upload one particular image — I have changed others including the main. However, this time, none of them took. No issues with the flat file either.
