Removing Inventory and Pausing Account

Hello,

My brother and I created an Amazon Seller account after getting into a product we thought would be profitable. After a year of work, and life getting in the way, we’ve decided to take a break from the FBA dream. A few months ago I attempted to liquidate the rest of our products and it seemed to work for the most part. However, it still shows we have a couple units in stock for each product. The screen shot below shows the note I get for both products (the other one is showing 3 units) when I try to create a removal order.

I have three questions.

1. How do I go about making sure the remaining units get properly removed so I do not have to pay anymore inventory fees.
2. Is there a way to pause my account rather than delete it?
3. If I can pause my account, do I have to delete my listings or can I keep them on there with 0 inventory?
