Returnless refund fraud

So I had a product sale on Amazon on the 4th delivered on the 11th within the delivery window, no return case opened however Amazon refunded the item. Without a return case I cannot file an a to Z claim and get my money back. I also have an authorized returnless refund on this item yet Amazon seems to have taken it upon themselves to do this. So now out $140 and the item with no way to view the return. This seems like fraud either on the Amazon and or on the buyers and but without a return I can’t escalate the case. Has anyone experienced this going back over my cells I have realized that this has happened three times in three different product categories over 6 months. None of which were marked as returns or had returns opened so I never realized it until I manually went through and found them. I feel like my next step is to take small claims court and to file with the DA and feds for fraud.
